The Cardinal Newman Catholic Educational Trust is more than a group of schools. We are a family united by faith, ambition and shared responsibility. Rooted in the Gospel and inspired by St John Henry Newman, we exist to shape minds, form hearts and build communities where every person can flourish.

Our three-year Trust Strategic Improvement Plan sets out clearly who we are, who we are called to become and the difference we are determined to make. It translates our HEART values into deliberate, measurable action — strengthening Catholic life, raising educational standards, deepening inclusion and securing long-term sustainability for the schools we serve.

Together, we are building a Trust where faith is visible, excellence is non-negotiable and leadership is both courageous and accountable. We are working to ensure that every school benefits from collective expertise, every leader is supported and challenged to grow and every child receives an education worthy of their dignity.

By working in unison — heart to heart, hand in hand — we achieve more than any one school could alone. We do not pursue improvement in isolation. We share knowledge, pool resources, develop talent and act with shared purpose so that our impact extends beyond individual classrooms and into the life of the Church and the communities we serve.
